Slowly Getting Back on Track

I've partially read The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss and had sort of tried to follow a "variant" of the Slow-Carb Diet. :)

Reading the book made me want to lose body fat. I'm not exactly overweight, and I kind of look skinny relative to other people but I'm mostly fat. I wanted to get some muscle, and have started to do some of the suggested things in the book. It's mostly been avoiding carbs, having protein within 30 minutes of waking up, doing some wall presses, stuff like that.

I've lost some weight, I'm feeling a bit stronger than before, and overall it just feels good so far. I haven't really been strictly measuring my progress, just weight checks every now and then.

In the past week or so, I stopped doing the things I've been doing. Today, I'm happy to be report I've been able to wake up early again and cook a very light egg meal! Hopefully all of this will pay off - at least getting myself in a healthier state than when I started.
